Moving can be overwhelming, so why take on the cleaning too? Moving out of a rental? A clean place will help get your deposit back. Selling your home? Let us get it nice and clean for showings! Moving into a new home? Let us get it cleaned and sanitized before you move in!
Our move-in/move-out cleanings are the same as our deep cleanings, with the addition of inside and outside of all of the cabinets, drawers, closets, the fridge, and the oven. All the closets, cabinets, and drawers must be emptied and the freezer must be dethawed prior to our arrival in order for them to be included. Your home must be completely empty prior to our arrival, as we do not move furniture and do no dispose of garbage.
Please note, running water, electricity, wearing masks, and heating/cool are required for service, or a day-of cancellation fee will be billed. Additionally, we do not offer post-construction or post-renovation cleaning.
